I'm not quite sure how this one fits. "Inspector Spacetime" is apparently a running gag on the NBC show "Community". He's an obvious homage to Doctor Who-
But apparently, at some point, the tribute has taken on a life of its own.

Funded by the principal actor, but with aid from the crew of "Community"- it's a Fan Film in that it's not a sanctioned or network funded effort. But it uses the same crew, same actors and same intellectual property as the original parodies.

So.. where does it fit?
