“My Submarine’s In Turnaround”

Why you haven’t seen a big screen Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea movie yet, and may not ever.

Cinemaspy is reporting that the long-rumored “Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea” reboot is in development hell, and it’s increasingly unlikely it’ll see the light of day anytime soon. Though largely forgotten today, “Voyage” was a long-running and popular Science Fiction series in the 1960s, and at 110 episodes and one movie, it’s arguably the most popular submarine-based ever.

THINGS WE'RE DEFINITELY INTERESTED IN: The 2009 reboot of "V"

Holy frack, does this look awsome or what?

The original "V" was a great premise/allegory that was spun off in to a completely ludicrous and unwanted version of Dynasty with Aliens. One of the things that always frustrated me about it was that it just flat-out refused to take itself seriously. This re-imagining, however, just looks freakin' amazing! A surprisingly large number of the characters from the old show appear to be here, and the cast looks pretty great, too, don't'cha think? Our own Republibot 1.0 has already agreed to review this show, too.
