Since the new Doctor Who came back from the dead going on seven years ago, I've noticed a curious thing. I may have mentioned it to you, dear reader, but if not I am now: The episodes don't have much shelf life for me.

If you had a Wii in 2008, and an internet connection, then you had access to - but probably didn't watch - a weird little show called "Nintendo Week." This was short but somewhat random-lenghted show (The shortest ep was 58 seconds, the longest was nearly 20 minutes, with most running from 8-15 or thereabouts). It combined cheap sketch comedy with 'gamers tips' that were unrepentant commercials for new and upcoming Nintendo games. I know that doesn't sound like much - and it really isn't - but the fact is that it totally ruled.
