EPISODE REVIEW: Dollhouse: “Omega” (Episode 12 - Series Finale)

“We’re superior people, with a touch of German thrown in. What could possibly go wrong?”
---- Echo.

I have to admit, I’m kind of blown away by it all. Though Mr. Whedon really only delivered half a series, and only half of that was any good, the bit that was good totally lived up to the hype, even if that doesn’t completely redeem the slow, boring, uninspired start.

PLAY BY PLAY:

I’m going to do this in chronological order, rather than follow the fractured narrative structure of the episode, since it’ll make it easier for you, the reader

EPISODE REVIEW: Iron Man: Armored Adventures: “Cold War” (Episode 4)

PLAY BY PLAY:

Responding to a break-in at Stark Tower, Tony meets someone calling himself “Blizzard.” He used to work for Staind, but was framed for an accident he wasn’t responsible for, and spent several years on the lam, during which he lost his wife, kid, and a lot of magazine subscriptions that he forgot to put in forwarding orders for. Tony and Blizz hit it off, having a lot in common. Blizz intends to steal back all his inventions for Staind, and then take the guy down. Tony signs on to help him.

Movie Review: STAR TREK

To preface, let me be clear – I am not a big fan of JJ Abrams. I have maybe seen 15 minutes tops of Alias across three episodes, and for Lost you could safely add another 10 minutes to that total. I loathed Star Trek: The Next Generation and had no use for the movies. I cannot speak intelligently about any of the other Next Generation series other than crack Borg Jokes about self-important looking status climbers sporting their latest blue tooth ear pieces or an occasional completely out of context sexist Seven of Nine comment.

DVD MOVIE REVIEW:“Stargate: Continuum” (2007)

This is the second straight-to-DVD movie to come out since Stargate:SG1 was cancelled a bit over a year ago. The first one, “Stargate: The Ark of Truth,” was somewhat disappointing. When the show was abruptly cancelled by Skiffy (And confusingly as well, since it was at that time their second-highest-rated program), it was in the middle of a major plot arc involving a war with aliens called the “Ori.” Ark of Truth had to take all the plot elements that had been intended for seasons 11 and 12 and cram them into a single 109 minute movie.

TV REVIEW:Smallville: Injustice

Poor, poor Tom Welling. He's getting typecast as Superman without even the benefit of wearing the suit- and his directorial career is being stunted with episodes like this.

There was a good episode in here trying desperately to escape.

Let's take a look at it, shall we?

RECAP:
Clark confronts Tess about the pot-stirring that she's starting, turning the Daily Planet a pale color of yellow. Tess tells Clark that if he'd just get OFF the pot, then there'd be no need.

Both of them have valid points.
